Hi Paul,
I never managed to get the deposit refunded and in the end I walked away and bought elsewhere. Fortunately I only paid the deposit and not any further payments as I was never happy with the contract,
The contacts I dealt with were was Andrew Fox [andrew@casaplc.com] from Casa and Janice Evans from the agents 'info@avatar-international.com'

Hi
is anyone in contact with Casa, the developer for RG&S. Both Key4 and Avatar have gone bust and Casa seem to have vanished. Their offices in london have been vacant since January, the website closed and all phones cut off.
Does anyone have any other contact - I know of other investors getting twitchy and would be keen to talk to anyone else in this position

Has anyone been able to make any sort of contact?
Are we going to let Casa simply dissappear with our deposits?
